Cancellation Policy
We know that travel plans can change and work with you to ensure that your needs are met. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before your reserved pick up date in order to receive a full refund.
You may cancel your reservation online by clicking here or by calling customer service office at (877) 592-2226.
Reservations that are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to your pick up date and time will not be refunded.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the price quoted.
